COSHH LEV Testing

The COSHH Regulations 2002, dictate that where an employer uses an extraction system to control airborne dust or fume, it must be checked at least every 14 months (more often for certain processes). RCS Ltd can provide comprehensive testing services to include a fully documented test certificate, drawings and a system logbook. This is normally supported by a site visit and a review of findings to determine the next steps for non-complying systems. This stage is vital to avoid certificates being submitted and then leaving the Client to deal with any repairs. Our aim is to identify what needs to be done and inform the Client on how best to carry out the improvements, this is normally a staged process dependant on the severity and consequence of the failure.
